Founded in 1964, McCandless Management Corporation has grown into a major development and commercial real estate management firm. Founded by Charles S. McCandless and led by Birk S, the company grew from developer/builder in Palo Alto, Calif. into one of the largest and most respected developers in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. McCandless was named Developer of the Year in 1984, received a regional award for office development in 1985, and was ranked the 8th largest developer by the Silicon Valley Business Journal in 2000.
McCandless Management Corporation, established in 1976, provides asset management, property management, and leasing services. It was ranked the 13th largest commercial real estate manager in the Silicon Valley in 2000.
